Switch on to a new life with the Usha InfinitiCook Halogen Oven: Product Review

June 15, 2015 by Motions and Emotions

First time when I saw INFINITICOOKâ„¢ USHA Halogen Oven I could not control myself to take an opportunity to
use this wonderful kitchen appliance. USHA team swiftly arranged a demo and
gave me chance to experience this new generative appliance. You must be
thinking this is a same like other ovens like Microwave or OTG. Let me tell you
this is completely different from these ovens. By name only you can understand
that this oven uses halogen light to provide radiant heat and thereby heating
the air through infrared waves generated by the light. The oven helps to cook
the food thoroughly by circulating the air using its fan. INFINITICOOK
â„¢is one cooking solution for all including baking, air frying with no
oil, grilling, braising, roasting, toasting, BBQ, slow cooking, thawing, air
drying and many more.
INFINITICOOK â„¢ is very handy and unlike other ovens it requires very less space. Body
of the halogen oven is made of glass where you can place the food to be cooked.
Hence it helps user to visually monitor the food and user can manually stop the
oven when the food looks perfectly cooked.
USHA team has nicely explained about the oven
and quickly they prepared garlic bread during their demo. At a time you can
toast almost 10 breads and this saves time as well as electricity.
This halogen oven has another advantage. You do
not have to remember specific temperature and timing for a specific dish.
Temperature for fish, cupcakes, pizza, air drying, etc has already set, you
just have to press the required button and start it. There is a sterilize
button too and you can sterilize the glass container and other attachments
before cooking.
As soon as I got the oven I started my
experiment with non-veg items. I prepared murg malai kabab which turned out
just awesome. I added only 2 teaspoon of oil while marinating 400gms chicken
and it turned out perfect.
My next experiment was an easy one but you
consume lot of calories when you eat them because it is deep fried item. Yes I
am talking about famous French fries. I bought the frozen French fries packet
and cooked them without oil in INIFINITICOOK
â„¢. This is a
simple example that you can easily cut down excess oil consumption by using
halogen oven.
From French fries I moved to pizza, another
family favourite dish. Like other dishes it turned out up to the mark.
How can I forget baking cakes in halogen oven?
I prepared mango muffins topped with black raisins were equally good.
People who are planning to buy an oven; I would
recommend INFINITYCOOK
â„¢ to them as you can use it for
multiple purposes. I am totally satisfied with it and I am sure it will take
cooking to a new level.

I am extremely impressed with the results I got using the Oil-less air fryer from Bizarkdeal! I was not sure what to expect to be honest as I was skeptical of how this would actually work. To my surprise, it works amazingly!! It fried my chicken to be crispy and moist as if I fried it in a pan of oil except without the use of ANY oil! Never knew this was possible and glad that I found this and decided to try it out. Excited to try many different types of food with it!
