(Refined Flour) – 2 cups
Milk – 1/2 cup
Curd – 2/3
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
– a pinch
carbonate – a pinch
1. Take maida
in a vessel along with the sodas, salt and sugar. Mix it well.
2. Now add curd
into it and start kneading it. Instead of water add warm milk slowly to knead
the maida and make soft dough ready. Cover the dough with a wet cloth for half
3. Now take big lemon size balls from
the dough and roll out like thin circle.
4. Heat a skillet and put the rolled naan
into it and cover it with a lid. When
one side is cooked turn the other side. Now brush it with butter.
Your home made naan is ready to serve. Serve it hot with some delicious curry
