Coming back to the today’s post, I will share a simple juice. Today’s post is healthy pineapple juice. Pineapple has lot of vitamin C and manganese.
Pineapple – cut into cubes, 2 cup
Salt – a pinch
Sugar – 11/2 tablespoon
Water – 1 – 11/2 cup
Cherry – few for garnishing
Take pineapple cubes, salt, sugar and water (as required) in a blender and make a smooth mixture. Pour into glass and garnish with cherry on top. You can also add ice cubes or chilled water.
Adjust the water content as per the consistency you prefer.
After blending you can strain the juice but I avoided as I did not like to go away the fiber.
