Oil-free
recipe
Last week we
ate lot of outside food, so it’s time to control our calories and obviously I
have to take the responsibility. Outside food is nothing but lot of oil butter
and cheese. So thought of making something really healthy and oil free. This
thought motivated me for the dish Veggy cake (Dal with colorful vegetables). One
hand it is oil free and other hand it has the goodness of leafy & colorful
vegetables. I have used again my spiritual spice black pepper here. This recipe is also good for diabetic patients as it supplies protein and minerals, both are vital energy source for diabetic patients. Check it
out the recipe.
