As we are approaching towards summer I am sharing coolest recipes in my blog. Nimbu pani helps to beat the summer heat . It is very simple to prepare and once you are back from scorching heat you can immediately prepare it with minimum ingredients. Do not drink water immediately after coming back from heat, sit for sometime and then drink water. Almost everybody knows about nimbu pani but I am sharing for the persons who are new to this also. May be the girl who went first time in the hostel and wanted to have it but don’t know how to do it because till date her mom did it for her!
Lemon – 2
Water – 2 to 3 glass
Sugar – 1/3 cup sugar
Black Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Ice – 6 to 8 cubes (Optional)
1. Squeeze the lemons in a bowl and separate the seeds. Add sugar, black salt and salt in the lemon juice.
2. Add enough water into it and stir well until the sugar dissolves.
3. Take ice cubes in glasses and pour the mixture into each glass and serve chilled. I have avoided ice and used chilled water instead.
