Maida Paratha / Triangular Paratha
Maida – 2 cups
Refined Oil – 11/2 tablespoon + 2tablespoon for frying
Salt to taste
Take maida, refined oil and salt in a bowl and knead the dough well. It should be soft and smooth but not sticky at all. Cover it with damp cloth for 1 hour. Next take big lemon size balls from dough and roll out round.
Then fold it to half like semi circle.
If you again fold the semi circle it would be a triangle.
Now roll out the triangle to make it little bigger.
Heat the skillet and put each triangular paratha and fry them using oil and serve hot.
