Instant Bread Paniyaram
White Sandwich Bread – 6 pieces
Semolina – 1/4 cup
Rice Flour – 1 teaspoon
Curd – 11/2 tablespoon
1. Trim the brown colour edges of the bread and sprinkle water on them.
2. Now in a grinder take semolina, curd, rice flour and soaked breads and make a smooth paste. If require add little water.
3. Take the batter in a bowl and add chopped ginger, onion, curry leaves, green chilli and salt to taste. Mix them well and rest the batter for 10 minutes.
4. Heat an appe pan and add few drops of oil in each dent. Add ladle full of batter in each dent, drizzle little oil on them and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Now turn the other side and drizzle little more oil and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes. When both the sides are done (light brown), serve them hot with coconut chutney or Tomato ketchup.
