Eastern Condiments – Ethnic & Ready to Cook Spice Range

July 3, 2015 by Motions and Emotions

Spice powders play a key role in your kitchen. Isn’t it true? Earlier people used to buy whole spices and after several process they used to grind at home. Now the concept has totally changed because of our busy lifestyle. Hardly we get time to do all the steps and make our own spice powders at home. Though I prefer to make home ground spices, however do not get time. Hence, I have to rely on the store bought spice powders sometimes. I prepare cumin and coriander powder at home but I always buy turmeric powder from a reliable brand and for that I use Eastern Condiments, India’s No.1 Spice Company.

When my favourite spice brand contacted me for their product review, I was really happy. They had sent a box of spicy-happiness to my home :-).

The box contained Kitchen King Masala, Bramhin Sambar Masala, Noodles Masala, Chat Masala and two ready to cook masala (Shahi Paneer Masala & Methi Mutter Malai Masala). The box also contaned a cute jute bag.

My daughter loves noodles so started with noodles masala. I must tell the taste of the masala is balanced and gives nice taste to your regular noodles. Normally, in store bought noodles masala, garlic flavour is dominating, however Eastern’s Noodles Masala tastes really good.

Next we tried my favourite Shahi Paneer Dish using Eastern’s Shahi Paneer Masala. A restaurant style dish will be ready in just three step cooking. For preparing Shahi Paneer Masala, you need Shahi Paneer Masala Entire Pack + 150 g Paneer + 150 g Tomatoes + 1 cup Milk.

If you are late from office or sudden guest comes to your place or you are in hurry to go some where or any urgent situation or you are simply lazy this ready to cook masala can help to make a delicious dish quickly.  We like the taste of Shahi Paneer Masala as well as Methi Mutter Malai Masala.

Our next target was Brahmin Sambar Masala. Sambar is my husband’s favourite and this time I used Brahmin Sambar Masala and packed the sambar in lunch box. Evening he said “sambar was too good and I could get the authentic taste”.Then I told him the secret that I have used Eastern’s Brahmin Sambar Masala.

I am using Kitchen king masala in our regular curry dishes and it is equally good. I am quite satisfied with the taste and quality of these spices and thankful to Eastern Condiments for sending me this spicy gift. In their Ready to Cook, they also have Veg Kadai Masala, Butter Chicken Masala, Paneer Butter Masala, Dal Makhni Masala, Palak Paneer Masala.

This post is written in collaboration with Eastern Condiments!
