Coconut Ladoo / Two Ingredient Coconut Ladoo / Chinir Narkel Naru
Coconut – 3 cups, scrapped
Sugar – 1 to 1¼ cup
Milk Powder – ¼ cup (Optional)
1. Take the scrapped coconut in a pan and add sugar into it. Mix them well.
2. Now switch on the gas and put the pan on the gas. Keep on stirring the mixture. Sugar should be dissolved properly.
3. When the mixture becomes sticky, you can add the milk powder and stir to mix it. If you are not adding the milk powder switch off the gas and allow to cool. Do not cool it completely.
4. When the mixture is little warm take some amount and form balls using your palm. Keep them aside for 1 hour and later can be stored in an airtight container.
