Caribbean Papaya Salad

June 21, 2015 by Motions and Emotions 13 Comments

United Nation General Assembly has been declared 21 st as International Yoga Day. Yoga was part of our ancient India. It is a holistic approach towards health and well being. On the occasion of the first International Yoga Day our PM Narendra Modi has joined 35000 people in Rajpath. I believe not a single day celebration but everyone should include yoga in their daily routine to soothe mind and body.

While we are talking about yoga, we should not forget about healthy eating. These days a news in focus that ready-to-eat noodles has excess quantity of lead, hence it was banned in almost all part of India. Today I am sharing an easy fruit salad recipe. Name of the dish is Caribbean Papaya Salad. It taste really good with a pinch of cinnamon and lime juice. Try this simple and easy to make salad during your lunch time.

Caribbean Papaya Salad
Ingredients

Papaya – peeled and cut into cubes, 2 cups
Coriander Leaves – chopped, 11/2 tablespoon
Cinnamon Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – a pinch
Black Pepper Powder – 1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon
Olive oil –

Procedure
