I really hope the way this project has been planned should get huge success boosting India’s economic growth. Government has taken a step forward towards a bigger revolution. Now my question is can’t we be the tiny part of this revolution?? Of course yes! Government will work towards bigger scenario where we can take out some time from our busy schedule and educate our parents and help them to take advantage of this revolution. Elder persons should have the interest to learn new as there is no age of learning. I have seen my father learning computer after his retirement and using the internet for jobs like bill payment, online transactions, video calling with daughters and many more.
July 1st was also a special day, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy’s Birth and Death anniversary which is being celebrated as Doctor’s Day. Wish Happy Doctor’s Day to all the Doctors. While talking about doctor’s day how can I forget about Apple! “One Apple a Day Keep Doctors away”. Yes today sharing a simple Apple-Cinnamon Milkshake. Normally, I prefer to eat whole fruit however do not prefer to drink milk but milk is very much essential. So thought of making milkshake – a way to consume milk and fruit together without any hatred.
Apple Cinnamon Milkshake
Apple – peeled and cut into blocks, 1 cup
Milk – 2 cups, chilled
Honey – 2 tablespoon
Cinnamon Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Take apple cubes, milk and honey in a juicer mixer, blend them together to smooth puree. Now add cinnamon Powder 1/4 teaspoon and mix in the prepared shake. Stir well and pour the shake in two glasses. Garnish with remaining cinnamon powder on top.
