Smile is an indicator of happiness!

How many of you disagree with the above statement? I know the answer would be almost no one. Did I ask any silly question? I think this was a million dollar question. In this advanced world, we all are busy and running behind materialistic happiness. From morning to night we are trying to make our life happy and comfortable. However, end of the day it is been realized that though we managed to get subtle comfort but we lost our happiness somewhere in between this day-to-day juggling.

We search for happiness here there everywhere but we for got happiness relies in simple things. You feel happy when you see a priceless smile on your loved ones face be it your little daughter or your old parents or loving husband or your close buddy!  It is believed that when shared smiles are doubled. So who doesn't want to double their joy in this mechanical life! At least  I am not the exceptional. Moreover, in this scenario I am a person who always want to make smile persons around me and for doing this I don't leave any single opportunity. Let me tell you about few opportunities which I got recently!

Last monsoon me and daughter went to sister's house in Mumbai. I have cute teenager niece who is close to my heart. Since I went there she already made lot of plans for the trip. First few days were really fun filled and we went for outing, shopping and did many more other activities. So one day she planned for enjoying street food in Mumbai. Normally, she was not allowed for street food but since I was there she managed permission from her parents. But she was not lucky for this plan because monsoon overpowered and washed our plan. We all know the famous monsoon season of Mumbai. She was really very upset and gloomy. I couldn't see her this face and thought of doing some magic. I promised her that we will enjoy street food at home.  She thought I am just consoling her and went to her study room.

Now I entered in the kitchen to create magic. I remembered during our shopping my sister bought a packet of McCain Smiles. I also remembered about this recent video and then rest is history.

In our childhood my mom used make aloo chaat so I created something similar to that which I named " Smiles Chaat". I was sure this will bring back the smile on my niece's face. I asked my sis for few simple ingredients which was available and I prepared tangy spicy chatpata Smiles Chaat within few minutes. Here is the recipe of Smiles Chaat using McCain Smiles pack.

Smiles Chaat

When I presented the plate my niece couldn't believe her eyes and when she tasted I could see her happiness and I must day smiles chaat made her smile. This moment was captured in my heart. I cannot explain the satisfaction I got after seeing smile on her face.

Next day she said to her mom let's buy another McCain Snack and masi will create something interesting. She bought a pack of McCain Super Wedges  and I created a Mayo potato broccoli herb salad. She helped me making this salad. I fried the super wedges and blanched broccoli. We mixed them together. Later added little salt and mayonnaise, mixed well. Finally sprinkled with mixed Italian herbs. It was very tasty indeed.

By now you must have started planning something to make your loved one smile. Isn't it?
