Egg Recipes,

Omelette Masala Curry

June 23, 2015 Motions and Emotions 14 Comments

I prepare egg curry quite often in my kitchen as we all love eggs. Sometimes instead of making the same egg curry, I prepare this Omelette Masala Curry. Taste of this curry is totally different from the regular egg curry, however the ingredients remains almost same. So little twist in the kitchen can give a new taste to your taste buds. Hence, we should keep on experimenting with food , then only we can create something new. The best part is this omelette masala curry takes less cooking time compared to regular egg curry as the step of boiling the eggs were skipped here. Though there is an extra step of making the omelette but it takes lesser time than boiling and peeling of eggs.

Share your easy kitchen twist to give an easy make over to your old dish!! I would love to try your kitchen twists too.
