These days I try to include lot of vegetables in our daily diet. I mean earlier also we were eating veggies but nowadays we also eat vegetables like broccoli, colorful peppers, purple cabbage more often. Most of the time I use broccoli in fried rice, noodles or pizza, however never made a side dish using broccoli. So I prepared Chilli Broccoli as a side dish for our dinner. It really came out nice. Side dish is little dry kind, so if you want to make gravy version, you can dissolve corn flour in a cup of water and add to the curry and boil for few minutes. It would be a gravy based Chilli Broccoli. I liked the dried version and enjoyed with paratha.
