Veg Pizza/Paneer Pizza/Pizza on Stove Top

Let’s talk about some Italian cuisine. When I say Italian cuisine, first thing comes in your mind is Pizza or pasta. Initially, these two dishes became famous in our country and then slowly we have customized those two dishes as per our taste buds. Now there are lots of retail chains who are delivering pizza at your door step with a single phone call. But wouldn’t you like to make them at your home kitchen??
So what are you waiting for?? I understood, you don’t have a microwave oven. Not a problem, we can make pizza at home with a non stick pan. No, I am not joking. Follow the simple steps below and make your pizza at home using your non stick pan.

Veg Pizza/Paneer Pizza

Ingredients

Paneer/ Cottage Cheese – 1 cup, cut into small cubes
Capsicum  - 1 cup, sliced
Onion – ¾ cup sliced
Onion petals – ½ cup
Tomato – ½ cup, chopped
Mushroom – ½ cup, chopped
Green chilli – 2 teaspoon, chopped
Tomato sauce – 4-5 teaspoon
Chilli sauce – 2 teaspoon
Grated cheese – ¾ cup
Black pepper powder – 2 teaspoon
Black salt – 1 teaspoon
Salt
Kitchen King masala
Pizza base – 2 nos
Refined oil
Butter – 2 teaspoon

Procedure (How to make Veg Pizza at home)

List of ingredients may be long but they are easily available and few of them are always available at your kitchen. Saute the paneer cubes with little salt and kitchen king masala. Keep them aside. Now fry each vegetables (capsicum, sliced onions, mushroom) separately with little bit of salt. Now take a pizza base and spread tomato and chilli sauce on one side. Spread fried vegetables, paneer, onion petals, tomato and chopped green chilies.  Sprinkle black salt and black pepper powder on top. Add grated cheese on top.

Heat a flat bottom non stick pan and put one spoonful of butter. Once the butter melts place the garnished pizza base and cover the pan with a lid, slow the flame. Wait for 5 minutes then open the lid and check the bottom of the base. If it starts becoming brown add little butter. Also check the cheese whether it has started melting.  Now turn off the gas and wait for another 3-4 minutes. Your homemade Veg pizza is ready to serve. Isn’t it easy.
