Tofu Butter Masala

Last week when I went to supermarket I picked up a packet of tofu. Tofu is soya paneer which is made from soyabean, water and a coagulant. This is rich in protein and calcium and nutritional value of tofu is really very high. Tofu contains soya protein which is helpful for menopause. This is beneficial for cardiovascular disease as it lowers the level of cholesterol. Tofu is rich in minerals which serves as a good antioxidant. As it is rich in protein, good for diabetic persons. There are lot of recipes you can prepare with tofu, starting from appetizer to dessert. I prepared tofu butter masala, if anyone is restricted to butter then they can avoid butter and make Tofu Masala :).
